How to Delete Your Account

2. Submit a request via email to: [email protected]

• Subject line: “Request Account Deletion”

Include:

• Your account email

• The name of your property associated with your account

3. Our team will process your request within 30 days and confirm completion via email.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

• Email and password

• Property details (name, address, amenities)

• Booking information (guest names, dates, prices, notes)

• Uploaded property photos

• App settings, preferences, and calendar sync data

What Data May Be Retained

Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or tax purposes:

• Payment records required for accounting and Stripe processing

• Anonymized or aggregated data for internal analysis

Retained data will not be used for marketing or shared with third parties.

Request Partial Data Deletion

If you would like us to remove specific data from your EasyBookSTR account—such as property photos, booking history, calendar data, or stored preferences—without deleting your entire account, you can submit a request at any time.

• Your EasyBookSTR account email

• What information you want removed

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm completion via email.

Important Notes

• Once deleted, your account cannot be restored.
