Do I need my own website to use EasyBookSTR?
No — EasyBookSTR offers a Standalone Pro plan that gives you a dedicated booking page for each of your properties, so you can accept direct bookings without a website at all. If you already have a website on WordPress, Squarespace, Weebly, or another platform, you can embed the booking widget directly into your existing site.
How much does EasyBookSTR cost?
EasyBookSTR offers three plans: DiBSTR Insider ($10/mo for up to 10 properties, exclusively for DiBSTR Booking Revolution Course students), Smart Host ($25/mo for up to 7 properties, embeddable on any website), and Standalone Pro ($50/mo for up to 5 properties with a dedicated booking page per property). All plans include a free trial, and you can add 5 additional properties for $50/mo at any tier.
How does EasyBookSTR handle payments?
EasyBookSTR processes all guest payments securely through Stripe. You stay in control of your pricing, cancellation policy, and payout timing — EasyBookSTR takes no platform commission from your bookings, though standard Stripe processing fees apply.
Does EasyBookSTR sync with Airbnb and VRBO calendars?
Yes — EasyBookSTR syncs your calendar in real time across your booking channels so you never have to worry about double bookings. When a guest books through your direct booking page or widget, your Airbnb and VRBO calendars update automatically, keeping everything in one place.
Will using a direct booking app hurt my Airbnb ranking?
No — having a direct booking channel does not affect your Airbnb or VRBO ranking. EasyBookSTR syncs your calendar in real time so you never get a double booking, giving you the best of both worlds: OTA exposure plus commission-free direct bookings.
